This is my daily prayer for my beloved sisters and myself. Women of all ages struggle to live in a culture that is deeply embedded with out-of-balance masculine energy. There is exaggerated value placed on masculine attributes of intellect and logic, rather than the more feminine traits of emotion and intuition; competition rather than cooperation; achievement and struggle, rather than receptivity and flow; aggression and us VS them thinking, rather than compassion and the sharing of resources. The accumulation of material things is valued over relationships with people. Both men and women carry the burden of this imbalance. In these changing time, we have great potential for the healing of humanity, at the individual, as well as the collective level.  

As women, we are being called to honor and allow the presence of balanced feminine energy. This will naturally help the masculine come into alignment. When feminism emerged in the 1960's it brought mixed blessings. Many women chose to step into out-of-balance male energy and go out into the world to survive in the workplace and business environment. We diminished, in our own estimate, the feminine traits of nurturing, acceptance, intuition and compassion. There is little support for these characteristics in the typical workplace. In addition, most of us did not have positive role models, in our lineages of women, which showed us the empowerment and joy of being female. We all have many generations of imprinting and layers of oppression and diminishment of the exuberant, juicy feminine sexual energy. We have had to attempt to survive in a 'man’s world' and we have not felt safe, honored, or even welcome at times. 

These imbalanced patriarchal systems are now falling apart and we are being called forward to create new possibilities. Women must be the leaders in bringing these values of balanced feminine traits and perspectives into our collective awareness. Cooperation, nurturance, emotional intelligence, sharing and joyful creativity are the properties of human interaction that are so desperately needed in these times. The world will change as we embrace these ideals for ourselves, as women, and share them with our beloved men. 

I create an environment of beauty, acceptance and nurturing support in my studio. My highest intention in a private session with a dear sister is that she feel absolutely comfortable and safe at all times. I will offer an overview of the field of sacred sexuality and we will explore together in conversation any past traumas that may be preventing you from fully accessing your vibrant sensual, sexual nature.

In our initial time together, I will share an overview of different aspects of the work that can be experienced more deeply in advanced sessions. We may plan ceremony for letting go of an old relationship or pattern, or create a 'calling-in' ritual for new perspectives and growth. Again, the sessions are always custom-designed, and we work together to create the best use of our time. 

If you are in a committed relationship or marriage, we will seek to discover anything that may be limiting you in experiencing your sexuality and intimate time together in pleasurable and empowering ways. We can address libido issues in you and/or your partner and work together to create strategies for enhancing your intimate time with your mate. I can coach you in developing new ways to address old issues in your interactions, so that you can generate many options for shifting the old patterns.

If you are single, we will seek patterns and ‘set-ups’ in your past that may be prohibiting you from attracting and maintaining the loveship you desire. I will teach you how to raise your sexual energy and attractiveness, so that you become a magnet for the partner you seek. I assist you in preparing to attract the love of your life. We will look at the beliefs you may be holding about yourself and your world that no longer serve you. Learning to enhance your sexual energy through tantric practices will magnetize your ability to attract the lover and partner you seek.

This is my daily prayer for my precious brothers. I hold a deep desire to assist men in overcoming the brutal conditioning of our war culture and patterns of generational dysfunction.

We are in a cultural environment that does not honor or allow empowered, balanced masculinity. It appears that masculinity involves extreme competition, aggression, violence, control and manipulation. Evolving men are seeking a way to disengage from this hypnotic cultural training and find a different way of being in their empowered masculine essence.  

Sadly, young men learn about what lovemaking looks like primarily from the images in pornography and advertising. The keys to developing an intimate relationship with a woman are much more complex than techniques and function. It involves knowing how to create a foundation of safety and respect and a heart connection with her, so that she can fully trust, relaxing into surrender with her lover.

Men in their middle years are constantly challenged with various stresses. Marriage, divorce, children and career pressures may be exacting a toll on energy levels and it’s hard to be attentive to your own needs and those of your partner and family. There may be unexpected upheavals that are emotional or financial. It may take more time and attention for sexual arousal for both parties. If a marriage does not have a strong foundation, these stresses will create crisis points in the relationship. 

In older men, there may be a slower arousal response or functional difficulties. It is possible to experience orgasmic energy with decreased function. The cultural programming around virility and performance is brutal to men as they age.

I offer honest input and supportive assistance for all phases of life.

If you are a married man, or a man in a committed relationship, I will question you closely about your intentions in our work together. It is important to me that we do nothing that would have a negative influence on your partnership. I request that your lady be aware that you are receiving coaching and will encourage her to participate in some sessions, or perhaps have private sessions of her own with me. If you are truly seeking to be a better lover to your partner, you will desire that she participate along with you and benefit from the things you are learning. My goal is to enhance your relationship. I find that when I can work with both of you, magic happens much more quickly. The complexities of individual wounding are much more productively addressed when I can work with both people in the loveship.

It seems that married men often feel that they cannot disclose their work with me, but in my experience, your lady will become the leader in planning time together, once she understands the intention of this work. She will be thrilled that you are seeking ways to enhance the intimate connection in your partnership. 

If you are single, we will place special attention on the patterns that may be present in your former relationships. Has there been a theme of feeling abandoned, betrayed or manipulated by women? There may be trust issues that can be addressed and moved beyond. You may need to build confidence in the areas of social interaction and clear communication. We will look at the beliefs you hold about yourself that no longer serve you. Learning to empower your balanced  masculine essence through tantric practices will magnetize the type relationship you desire. I will assist you in knowing how to negotiate agreements for sexual encounter with clear communication, honesty and integrity, or help you prepare for attracting the love of your life.

Sharing the teachings of sacred sexuality with couples is a great joy! I watch the transformation of the relationship into one of deeper caring and loving connection. Whether the union is new or the pair has been together for many years, there is much I can teach that will enhance the time that a couple spends in intimate encounter. In my experience, once a woman gets the bigger picture about what is possible, she becomes the leader in creating time and space for intimate encounter.

I create an environment of beauty, acceptance and nurturing support in my studio. Your sessions will be custom-designed, based on individual issues and concerns you may have. It's hard to say, without understanding some of the dynamics of the partnership, just what direction our work together will take. I meet both of you where you are in your own healing process. I listen deeply to your issues and concerns. During our first time together, I’ll present a tantric breathing technique, called connecting breath, and have you practice it together. I'll show you several dyad yoga postures that are great for releasing stress and enhancing flexibility, and we may focus on building communication skills.

In our initial time together, I will share an overview of different aspects of the work that can be experienced more deeply as the three of us become comfortable with our work together.

HOW DO I START?  Please write me at jade@sensualwisdom.com for an e-mail version of the intake questionnaire. When I have received that back from you, I’ll call to schedule our introductory session. Phone communication is required prior to our first meeting.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING A SESSION?  In our first session, I will give you an overview of many techniques and perspectives from a number of different traditions of sacred sexuality. We will engage in conversation about your concerns in the areas of love and sex. My lighthearted and playful approach is balanced by my ability to go deeply into any emotional content you may wish to share. Sessions are custom-designed, based on individual issues and challenges you may have. It's hard to say, without understanding your ‘set-ups’ and concerns, just what direction our work together will take. I meet you where you are in your own healing process. I listen deeply to your personal story and often observe patterns that may be invisible to you. During our first session, I’ll present a foundation tantric breathing technique, called connecting breath, and we will practice the breathing together.

My table work offers healing touch, chakra balancing and alignment and other forms of energy work. Essential oil blends and flower essences may be useful. If it feels necessary, we will co-create meaningful ritual or ceremony for you. I have a series of progressive sessions, and also stay attuned to my intuitive guidance about the best use of our time together in each meeting.  

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I PLAN TO COME FOR SESSIONS?  I am finding that if you are committed to this process of learning and healing, weekly appointments are advised for the first 4 – 6 weeks. Once we get things moving, it’s important to continue focused attention on the process of releasing limitations. I will expect you to be doing the practices I’ll teach you in between appointments so that you become enthused and committed by experiencing the benefits. I have designed over 20 sessions for individual clients, and as my studies continue, there is always more for me to share.

WHAT ARE ADVANCED SESSIONS LIKE?  As we deepen our student/teacher relationship and build a foundation of trust, we can explore many aspects of sacred sexuality together. As the sessions advance, I will be sharing ways to enhance your touch and communication skills. I offer constructive feedback and positive reinforcement, which leads to skill enhancement and more confidence in your lovemaking. This knowledge is an essential part of any intimate relationship. Using various modalities, we continue to address and release the blocks you may have to experiencing deep intimacy.

Most sessions begin with a practice of connected breathing, as I share different patterns of the breath and we explore tantric techniques. Activities may include practices to bring balance to your internal male/female energies, sacred ceremony and ritual, and practicing different holding and touching patterns. Each advanced session is custom designed, based on your progress, and is guided by my intuitive skills.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY SACRED CEREMONY AND RITUAL?  We may create conscious intention through the use of ceremony around activities of making amends, joyfully feeding each other, acknowledging the Divine Masculine and Feminine energies in each other, and celebrating sensuality. I can custom design a rite-of-passage ceremony to help you move away from your old ways of being, and expand into a new phase of life. Ceremony is especially useful after a relationship has failed, to fully release the old energies, and to call in new possibilities.
